The bed here is super comfy, the bathroom is nice, and they even have tea/coffee making stuff, a desk for writing, and an ironing set in the room. ✨

Your offer online.. When you arrive at the hotel everything changes... First the breakfast was not included as I said in the reservation. Second for everything there like paying for water and bottles. When other hotels give them to their guests. Thirdly the floor where I touch myself smells of marijuana all the time. And to top it all off, two elevators. In the three days I was there, only one of them was working, because if they fixed one of them, the other one would be damaged. To achieve excellent service you have to leave the competition aside and start with the essentials, first class customer service and good greetings ... Good afternoon... Good evening... The humility of your employees will allow the service to reach perfection little by little and reach its goal...

The location was ideal, really close to midtown New York, the shore along the Hudson, GW Bridge, and Washington Heights. I found a nice place called Linwood Pizza by accident, and it was within a close distance from the hotel.

when i booked I was given a choice between standard and smoking. because I had a small child I picked standard. When I got there I was given a smoking room. I called the front desk to let them know about the mistake but I was told standard could possibly mean a smoking room. Why give me a choice if at the end of the day you are only going to give me what I did not want? It was late and per them, there were no other rooms so we had to stay. It was awful!

Actualy the pillow .....we usally stay in the holiday inn alot me and my family the pillow was great :)

I didn't like the new harassment with the check in the pool every time we go in to check you if you have the tag if you don't I mean I've been there a lot of times for alot of years over and over I feel little bit uncomfortable

The folks working here are super friendly and went out of their way to help, making my stay even better. The location was convenient for my weekend plans 🌟. I found a really great restaurant nearby which was a nice bonus.

Absolutely nothing really..it remind me of the scary movie Wrong Turn The employees look sad and scary and not a smile anywhere..you need young people with personalities like Chick fil a with great customer service skills..it's a very sad and dark hotel it's one of the saddest if not the saddest I've ever seen..I guess it's only about the money which if you invested in a complete facelift and take my comments serious people will say good things and your business will soar out the roof and people won't go across the bridge to NYC and find a discount GOD bless...listen to the truth, great free advise

It's a dark unhappy drab looking place with thick old paint and horrible old elevators and the chipped John Travolta (Grease) glass chip And all together decorations are ugly/old...please please invest in a decorator , it will bring more business especially your lobby those antique flowers and horrible chair are outdated and should never be used..check out the courtyard Marriotts and the spring hill suites

This place has a great location, ample parking, and is very close to Washington Heights and the shore.

Being woken up to the sound of loud music playing by your staff cleaning in the next room at 9:00 am. They constantly came in the room, early in the morning and around 11am while we were changing, very disturbing.
